Amazon Gift Guide for Nursing Students

1. Laptop Riser

As a nursing student, you often spend lots of time on the computer working through modules, watching videos, or studying. A laptop riser is helpful and prevents you from straining your neck constantly looking down. It’s a small luxury and adds an aesthetic touch to your study space. It makes a great gift for a nursing student.

A tote is essential for every nursing student for clinicals. You often need to bring lots of different things to clinical such as your laptop, notebook, paperwork, stethoscope, pen light, lunch, and water while going to clinical. It can be hard to remember to drink water during a busy clinical shift. This water tumbler can make drinking water 10x better. It’s designed after the popular Stanley tumblers, but this one doesn’t leak. It still has all the best features such as a handle, being able to fit in a cup holder, and double-walled insulation that keeps drinks cold for hours. 4. Stethoscope Case

In nursing school, you are hauling your stethoscope around from place to place between clinical sites and lab. A case will help protect a stethoscope and make it last longer. While not completely necessary, it’s a little luxury that is worth the investment. It’s a great gift for any nursing student.

5. Acrylic Dry Erase Board

A dry-erase board is helpful during school to help keep track of everything nursing school-related. There is a lot to keep track of notes and things to do such as tests, classes, clinicals, and study sessions. If you are gifting to a nursing student who could use some help with organization, or loves to plan and is a visual person, this is the perfect gift.

6. Apple Airpods

The Apple Airpods are so helpful for nursing school. They are easy to pop in your ears and go for a walk while listening to a lecture, or YouTube video explaining what you’re learning. They are really a great investment that you can use for years after nursing school ends.

This is one of those gifts that is more on the nose for nursing students. While they probably already have a stethoscope since you need one while in nursing school, a new stethoscope (especially if they are close to graduating) is always nice! I would love a cute new stethoscope, but it’s one of those things you can’t justify buying if you already have one that works well since they can be a bit spendy.

11. Lounge Hoodie

For wearing to class, on your way to clinical, while studying, or while out and about, a hoodie to lounge in would make a great gift for a nursing student! 12. The Five Minute Journal

The Five Minute Journal is a journal that is meant to help guide you through self-reflection, gratitude, and manifestation. Each page has a prompt that is geared to promote confidence and positive manifestation. The pages take at least five minutes to complete. The journal has enough pages that it would take 6 months to complete if doing one page a day. Nursing and nursing school can take a mental toll on you. This journal can help combat some of the burden and can be a healthy outlet for when feeling stressed.
