Since 2017, Little Conejo has been serving some of the best tacos, tortas, and margaritas in downtown Vancouver! You can choose from both vegetarian-friendly and regular options. Some of the popular tacos a la carte are the al pastor taco, carnitas taco, or gringa taco. For a vegetarian or vegan option, try the mushroom taco, carrot pastor taco, or nopal taco.

Amaro’s Table is a local favorite for both dinner and drinks! The downtown Vancouver location has a great atmosphere. Just be sure to reserve your table ahead of time. You really can’t go wrong no matter what you order here! I recommend the blackened seared ahi starter and beet salad. The fried chicken and fried chicken sandwich are also two of the most popular options.
Amaro’s Table has also won Clark County’s best happy hour for the last couple of years. Happy hour is every day from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm to close. The drinks here are also great, so be sure to stop by during these times for great deals on drinks and starters!
Thirsty Sasquatch & Hungry Sasquatch

Hungry Sasquatch is a New York-style pizza joint located in the uptown area of downtown Vancouver. Connected is Thirsty Sasquatch which has craft cocktails and other drinks (because what goes with pizza better than a drink?). Any pizza can be made vegan, but there are also great options on its own. You can buy a pizza or a slice. Be sure to keep an eye out for fun events like Drag Brunch and the weekly trivia night.
Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. Be sure to hit up the happy hour for $6 vegan slices, $12 calzones (including the vegan calzone), and other deals!
Nonavo Pizza

If New York-style pizza isn’t your thing, Nonavo Pizza has great wood-fired pizza options! Nonavo sources its ingredients from small family farms. They offer a seasonal menu and frequently have new options. If you’re vegan, they have a house-made herbed nut ricotta that is so delicious!

Pacific House is a sports bar with locations in both East Vancouver and downtown. They have a great menu offering more than just bar food. If you’re looking for a more casual place to grab a bite to eat and a drink, this spot is a great option.

Nom Nom Restaurant and Grill offers delicious Vietnamese food. Since 2019, Nom Nom has won the best pho in Clark County. Interested in the pho? They offer a house special, chicken, and vegetarian options. If pho isn’t you’re thing, you can grab a noodle dish, curry, fried rice, or an option from the wok.

The Mighty Bowl started as a food cart and is now a brick-and-mortar restaurant. The Mighty Bowl is a great place to grab lunch in downtown Vancouver. They offer a variety of different bowls and smoothies. I recommend trying the Esther Short Bowl or the Mighty Bowl if you visit.
